Right of Withdrawal
Information on how to exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 98-septies decies of the Electronic Communications Code – Legislative Decree No. 259/2003, as amended – and AGCOM Resolution No. 307/23/CONS).
If Speednetweb S.r.l. intends to make unilateral changes to the economic or contractual conditions of the services offered, the company will notify customers with at least 30 (thirty) days’ notice, in compliance with the applicable regulations.
Any changes may be communicated by email or through any other individual communication method addressed to the customer, as well as through publication on the official website www.speednetweb.it, by notice included in the invoice or customer area, and, where applicable, through information made available at authorized points of sale.
The communication will clearly and understandably indicate the content of the changes introduced, the reasons justifying them, the date on which they will take effect, and the procedures through which the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal or migrate to another operator without penalties or deactivation costs if they do not wish to accept the proposed changes.
If the customer does not wish to accept the communicated contractual changes, they may exercise the right of withdrawal without penalties or deactivation costs within the deadline indicated in the communication and, in any case, before the date on which the changes take effect.
The withdrawal request must specify “withdrawal due to changes in contractual conditions” as the reason for termination.
The withdrawal request may be submitted through one of the following channels:
- By registered mail with return receipt to the following address:

- By Certified Email (PEC) to the following address:
- At authorized points of sale, by completing the appropriate form available in the forms section of the website or obtainable from the offices;
- By contacting customer service by phone at 0823 718023 , according to the procedures set out in the general terms and conditions of contract.
A copy of the contract holder’s identity document may be required to be attached to the withdrawal request.
If the subscribed offer includes ongoing installment payments (for example, for activation fees, devices, or other additional services), the customer exercising the right of withdrawal may choose to:
- continue paying the remaining instalments until their natural expiry;
pay the remaining amount in a single lump sum. - pay the remaining amount in a single lump sum.
In the event of withdrawal exercised following unilateral changes to the contractual conditions, no charges related to any minimum contract term or promotional conditions included in the subscribed offer will be applied. Only any amounts relating to services already used or devices purchased shall remain due.
